The producers wanted the audience to think that OMO was the best washing powder about and is highly effective .also they have included a conversation between a mother and child ,which could be a persuasion.

Nowadays women are seen as 'homebodys' and men can clean up and do house chores as well so the modern audience will see as stereotypical also they will see this as a scam as there is no proof of the white clothes and they would think the conversation of the parent and child is fake.
