Mise-en-scene

Costume-

The scientist in the lab in the preview was wearing a lab coat .the kids were wearing casual clothes that had dull colours such as dark blue, grey and brown.The kids also wore a baseball cap .

Setting-

the 1st setting created a suspicious scene as the night sky was pitch black and the camera was in  an unusual perspective .the lab was and lab hallway was black and grey also the lights were blinking on and off creating a spooky scene.The basement the children were playing in was dusty and brown also they were playing a board game.

Actions/actors-

the skinny lab man running in the light blinking hallway was breathing heavily and was sweating and running which gives a tense scene as he was also screaming.the kids playing the board game were shouting and screeching like normal kids would do when they have fun.however right at the end the small kid in the shed was so frightened as he heard noises from outside and started panicking and breathing fast and quietly, not long after he started loading a hunting rifle with bullets aiming it at the crusty shed door.
