Denotation-
In this advert i can see a boy that looks worried or traumatised also there is a caption in Large writing or speech saying "dig toilets not graves" .Lastly, there is the companies logo in the top left corner 

Connotation-
The typography "Dig toilets not graves" possibly illustrates the fact that the village or town as seen in the background needs new toilets and the ignoring of that is causing death and illnesses due to the unhygienic facilities,in addition the large font stands out so that the message hits the reader .Furthermore the boy looks worried and his shirt looks ragged and unclean which can also the poverty he is trapped in  and needs the audience to help.

Analysis-
The brown and ragged shirt is there to illustrate the poverty in that town or village to hit the reader also , Large font "Dig toilets not graves" is like that to stand out to the audience to try and give the message to the reader to persuade them to donate to the poor.
